Award-winning artist Jennifer Hudson and the Sandy Hook Elementary School Chorus from Newtown, CT will perform a special rendition of “America the Beautiful” at the Superdome in New Orleans as part of Super Bowl XLVII, it was announced today. The moment will be televised live on CBS prior to kickoff.

The chorus from Newtown is made up of 26 students from Sandy Hook Elementary School.
